The prioress of Heynings requests remedy as Constance her predecessor granted land in Ornesby to the Hakets and the heirs of their body, and after the death of their son without heirs, Master Bennet entered into the tenements and alienated them to [...] and Cecilie his wife whom Margaret predecessor of the petitioner brought a writ, but the tenements were taken into the king's hand because the justices believed their to be collusion in relation to the statute, and the prioress died before the inquisition.
