Poer requests remedy as he impleaded William le Poer before the justices of the Bench at York and William le Poer purchased a protection that he was going into Scotland in the king's service and resided in the country against his protection and presented the protection to the justices whereby the petitioner lost his day and was delayed of his right.

He should sue before the justices of the Bench and seek resumption, and let justice be done to him.
