It is requested that the Bench at Westminster, which is the common place of the realm where all the great things and commons that concerning the great and lesser people of the realm are judged, not be allowed to go without the aid of the wise, namely knights who have resided in the place before, as without them judgement will be delayed in disinheritance and damage of the people and the realm.
