[Petition in four parts. The petition is badly stained in places so that the third entry in particular is largely illegible:]1) The prior requests a writ to the collectors of the thirtieth of the counties of Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire [...] to release him from the taxation of his temporalities as he has given his tenth.2) He requests remedy as his [...] are assessed by taxors of the country [...] but Fletewike did not wish to accept this and [...].3) He requests remedy [concerning the actions of Fletewike].4) He requests remedy concerning the assessment of his spiritualities by the same taxor.1)
