Moumby complains of Hardingham as Heanmer wished to make him his attorney before the sheriff to sue his business but on Friday after the feast of the translation of St Edward, in the king's 12th year Hardingham refused him to be attorney and wrongfully threw him out and by his own authority suspended him and has wrongfully barred him from his livelihood against Magna Carta to the damage of the petitioner.
