Inquisition taken before Clitheroe at Morley by a writ diem clausit extremum recording that Wade held nothing in chief of the king, but held lands at Shelf for life from Farsley who is a Scottish rebel, and who in turn held from Thornhill, and land in Farsley for life from Farsley who in turn held from Calveley.
