- Moubray requests that the king order his writ to the justices notwithstanding the ordinance of the Pope to proceed to judgment concerning his claim to the church of Alsthorpe which he brought by a writ of quare impedit against the prior of the Hospital and which the justices surceased because of the ordinance. He requests a writ on the other lands of the Templars from which he has been ousted by various people.
