- Kelpyn requests an allowance as when he was in the company of Gaveston at Berwick he bought hides and salmon at Dundee and Perth and shipped them towards London, but the ship was taken by Calaisera off of Newbiggin and the crew killed and the goods were taken into the king's hand. He has attempted to recover them without success and he is of too little power to pursue the matter in Chancery.
