Nature of request
Heton requests that it be commanded that he have the king's charter of the lands of Middleton for him and his heirs for the troubles and losses that he has suffered for the king. The king granted him 50 marks at the Exchequer until he had been granted 50 marks of the land that were Middleton's for taking Middleton and service to the king.
