Kyrkebrid requests that the king grant him all the lands of Corry in Kirklinton and Kirkandrews to him and his heirs as he promised. He was granted part of the lands at will and he requests this grant for his great losses, injuries and troubles that he has suffered in the times of the king and his father.

The petition is dated to c. 1318 on the basis of related references in the patent rolls by which part of te lands of Corry were granted to another recipient on 8 October 1317, and another involving the petitioner concerning the presentation of a clerk to the church of Kirklinton on 2 July 1318 (CPR 1317-21, pp.43, 165).
