- Cryel requests that the king have regard for this that he was taken in Scotland and paid a large ranson for which the great part of his lands are still mortgaged, and do remedy to him as he is condemned in the Exchequer towards the king in £250 at the suit of Pysane for £80 of great Tournois which Pysane wrongfully and without reason alleged in the king's court were washed-up of Cryel's land.
