Cotegrave requests that for the estate of the king that he is maintained in possession of the church of Termonfeckin which was granted to him by Archbishop Jorz after a predecessor of the archbishop recovered it from the prior and convent of Louth, as the archbishop and prior are now colluding to remove him by suit of the prior by a bull 'post iter arreptum' and by judgment of a judge sub-delegate which would deprive the king of his right to presentation in times of vacancy in the archbishopric.
