Edelyngton requests remedy as he held a messuage with appurtenances in the suburb of Lincoln for a term of years from Glentworth who in turn held the same for his life from the parson of Sotby, but he has now been ousted by a collusive suit procured between Glentworth and the parson in which Glentworth defaulted, Edelyngton having no cognizance of the plea.
