Paunton requests remedy as by an agreement made between the prior of Longville and her ancestors concerning the church of Harlton she presented her clerk to the church, the prior then presented him to the bishop, but because the prior neglected to mention her right the bishop sent letters of inquisition supposing the church to be of the advowson of the prior and the official of Arches and the bishop came and encumbered the church by a provisor to the great damage and disinheritance of the petitioner.
