[Petition in two parts:]1) Dexcestere requests that the treasurer of Ireland or his lieutenant, and the chamberlains of the Exchequer of Dublin be commanded to search the cyrographs of accounts to certify if his father was fully paid for what he was owed for his time as a justice in eyre when he lost horses, and for the time of his custody of Roscommon and Rindoon, and that they certify the king.2) He requests that his debts that he owes the king can be paid in instalments.

The petition is dated to? c. 1307 as it is clearly in the early years of the reign of Edward II. The guard note of SC 8/109/5444 suggests a date of? 1312 in accordance with the dating of this petition and SC 8/327/E823, but the basis of this dating is unclear as none of the petitions can be closely dated.
