Nature of request
Sectheville requests that he is able to have remedy for the wrongful delays that have disturbed him in his right in his suit against Percy and that he is able to have common right in the king's court. He impleaded Percy for the manor of Foston but has been delayed twice by Percy by the favour that he has, as he has been essoined twice for that he was in the king's service, though on both occasions he was not.
