Gentilcors requests that he can have remedy so that he is able to come from the Marshalsea to answer and take issue according to what the law of the land awards him of what Paignel contends against him, as he was attached when he came to London and imprisoned in the Marshalsea because Paignel alleged that he had eloped with Paignel's kinswoman Beauchamp and he has remained imprisoned there for six months against the usage of the Marshalsea.
