Asshfordebi requests that the execution of a judgment made against him in the Exchequer procured by the executors of Roger de Heigham surcease as although he was indebted to Heigham, the executors have by favour that they have in the Exchequer procured this though it should not have proceeded in this manner, and should rather have proceeded by writ at the common law. He requests that the executors purchase at the common law.
