[Petition in 7 parts:]1) Hetthe requests that right is done concerning the felonies and robberies committed by Bernyngham and his confederates who came to her manors of Itteringham and Wolterton. She can have no remedy as Bernyngham prevents all recourse to law.2) She complains again about Bernyngham who came to her manor of Oulton and robbed her.3) She complains of Crepping and others who came by her manor of Oulton and carried away her goods.4) She complains that the malefactors took to them yet others who came to Oulton and cut her crops and carried them away, and Bernyngham falsely indicted her and others at the sheriff's tourn at Erpingham.5) She complains that Bernyngham imprisoned Wynter who died and then indicted certain men of the death and her of receiving them.6) She complains that Bernyngham came to her manor of Wolterton and took her corn.She requests that Bernyngham's office and those of his bailiffs be taken into the king's hand and given to good men to serve the king and his people, and people be assigned to enquire oyer and terminer of the misdeeds of Bernyngham and his allies.
