Nature of request
Erleye requests that the treasurer is commanded to make allowance on his writ to the Exchequer granted to him by the king discharging him of 100s of the farm of North Petherton while he was within age. He further requests that £12 that he has paid to the Exchequer for the prior of Bath be allowed and that he can have respite of the grievous distress that the sheriff has made to levy.
Nature of endorsement
Concerning the first, he should go to the Exchequer and show what he has of the writ and he will have remedy.Concerning the second, he should go to the Exchequer.
