Snittertone requests remedy having justices who can enquire into the death of one of Snittertone's kinsman, William de Orelardestone, who was killed in the king's service by Coterel, who he had prevented from having entry into the forest, and to enquire of this thing and of other matters made against the crown.
Nature of endorsement
He should sue before the treasurer to have a writ of oyer and terminer for a fine, or he should sue at the common law if he considers it expedient.
