Nature of request
Yeling requests the return of lands to his tenement in Eling which were taken into the king's hand following a suit by the petitioner because the petitioner's great-grandfather had dismembered the tenement with the king's licence in the time of the king's father.1)
Nature of endorsement
He should go to the Exchequer before the treasurer and barons and let it be done there what is considered to be to the king's profit.2) Let it remain.3) This is answered in a better manner by another petition.
