Royewelle requests a writ to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer to allow a sum for the wool from sheep of Sauliz that were forfeited because of the war with the king of France against a sum owed by the king to the abbot for this wool and wool of the abbot taken to the king's use.

To the Exchequer, and let the letter of the king's father be considered . . . and the treasure at his discretion is to do what ought to be done.
