Heskeyt requests that the treasurer be commanded to pay him for the debt owed to him by the king or that he be directed to a sheriff or be assigned a bailiwick for victuals that he brought to Beaumaris from Lancashire at the command of the treasurer, Heskeyt being in charge of the garrison there and the victuals failing.
Nature of endorsement
To the Exchequer, and let it be viewed there by his account what costs he incurred and how much he was allowed and paid, and according to this let justice be done to him.
