The people request remedy and an inquisition as they held by extent their lands with the pasture of Bullewelle Rys and the thorn bushes that grow there paying £7, but now Oysel has come by assignment of the king to approve and let the wastes of Nottinghamshire and has let 120 acres of the pasture to Willoughby and Ridware for which the petitioners rendered 40s per annum at the Exchequer.
Nature of endorsement
They should go to the Exchequer and let their extent made in the time of King Henry be examined, and let Oysel be called there and he should answer for his actions.
