Nature of request
Rous requests that he can make the suit for the king against the debtors of Wymondham, the king paying his expenses, so that the king is able to be served of the arrears owed by Wymondham. He requests also that those sums challenged by Wymondham in his lifetime on his account be allowed if they are reasonable.
Nature of endorsement
He is to go to the Exchequer and the treasurer and barons are to do what ought to be done.
