Nature of request
Rous and Watford request remedy as they bought alum and almonds from Caudenere and paid for them, but Belengar challenged them for the merchandises and procured their seizure by the sheriff with no allowance being made for their chattels. They purchased a writ under the privy seal to the treasurer, but he has done little and they are still unable to have their case heard.

He should go to the Exchequer and let the process be viewed concerning the same business in the same place at let it be returned to the next parliament.S [Exchequer].
