[Petition in 3 parts:]1) Insula requests that the excommunication pronounced against him by the archbishop and the consequent writ of caption which are against his privileges that he has of Rome be annulled.2) The prior complains that the king is asking again for sums that the prior has paid contrary to agreements made by the king to the abbot of Marmoutier not to take anything of the goods of the abbot in England.3) He requests that all the goods of his house that have been carried away during the time that the house has been in the king's hand be restored, and that he can have a writ as he had at the commencement of the war that no debt was to be levied from the house until the king had been paid.

[On face:]1) This petition was granted at the Exchequer by the council, and therefore it was delivered to the person.2) At the Exchequer.3) He should have remedy by a writ of the Exchequer because it is in the hand of the king.4) S [Exchequer].[On dorse, none].
