Dinham requests delivery of the lands that her late husband died seised of in socage, burgage and fee farm for the maintenance of his heir as after his death they were taken into the king's hand with the lands that he held as knight's fee though the king has no right to them.1)
Nature of endorsement
She is to inform the king of those tenements which are held by socage, those by burgage and those at fee farm by muniments or inquisitions returned into chancery. She is to come to the next parliament with the charters.2) Let it remain in parliament.
