Dygnenton requests remedy as he purchased a garden in Orford from Michael which was in the custody of Ufford while he had custody of Orford because Dygnenton did not live in the county, but now the king's bailiff who had the custody after the death of Ufford will not allow him to have seisin without the king's order.
