Nature of request
Hastings requests that his share of the tenements that belonged to Cantilupe be delivered to him in full, so that he may have a moiety of this in accordance with the surveys made of this after the death of Cantilupe which remain in Chancery, since the division was made while he was under age and in the wardship of the king.1)
Nature of endorsement
He should sue at the common law if it seems expedient to him.2) Let it remain.
