Frekerberwe requests the restitution of his estate and his good reputation for what he can give as he was put on a jury concerning a tenement in Thurrock Grays without having view of it and the assize passed badly in favour of Helhoughton by which they were attainted and ransomed, and it was adjudged that he lose his credibility. He does not request grace concerning the ransom.1)
