Rivere requests that the king will give his will as he sued before the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer for the Peverel sisters, heirs of their brother for lands held in chief in Wiltshire and Devon, but the treasurer and barons did not wish to conclude this at York without further council and it was adjourned to this parliament.1)
