- Bourghulle requests remedy as he is distrained by summons of the Exchequer for a sum which is the value of the goods of Balun, which goods he delivered to Balun after he made purgation before the bishop of Salisbury as he had been attached following his indictment for robbery, Bourghulle having received acquittance for the goods.
