Giffard makes four requests:1) that whereas sheriffs have levied a great sum of money from his lands for £40 which he owes Brylond, that due allowance be made in his account according to the true value of those things, to satisfy the sheriffs who receive them for Brylond and to stop them from making further distraints;2) that he be exonerated of £100 which he owed Brylond for 20 cloths since Shoo paid Brylond for the same;3) that he be exonerated of £30 which he owed Brylond for 6 cloths since Snitterton's son and heir paid Brylond for the same;4) that he be exonerated of 100s. for a cloth which Hacun has, and 100s. for another cloth that Burgate has, since they paid these sums for the cloths.
