Sampson makes three requests for remedy:1) because Marmion excluded him from ecclesiastical jurisdiction in the fee of Norwich castle during the war, occupying the jurisdiction and punishing adulteries and fornication amongst the citizens;2) because the people of Cawston claim to be of the King's lordship and quit of service to him when he used to collect from them;3) because as the King's collector of tithes in the city and diocese of Norwich he was amerced in the county of Northamptonshire before the justices of the forest for 10 shillings but the clerk copied down £10.
