Le Bissup requests recovery of his seisin of rents and obedience in the quarter of Roblineys in St Mary's parish, since he has been deprived by Bernard, Duhos and their parceners, and that then the bailiff of Jersey take the inquest in this matter. This writ was previously granted to him before Kirkby, Stapleton, Heliun and Scarborough.

The petition is dated to the reign of Edward III in Channel Island Petitions, p.52. However since the petitioner was previously granted a writ before Kirkby, Stapleton (who died in 1290), Heliun and Scarborough, the actual date must be earlier, although it could possibly date to very early in Edward III's reign.
