The prior and convent of Alberbury request delivery because on Friday before the Decollation of St John John the parson, Nicholas, Peter, Hugh, Eynon, Ithel, Eynon, Herbert and Cadugan came to Bausley and took two brothers, a chaplain and a clerk, killed Madoc with several others unknown, and abducted the prior and others and still detain them in his prison.
