- Edward and Margaret Pomeray request that a writ be directed to Thomas Pomeray to appear before the Duke on the quinzaine of Holy Trinity next to show why they should not be restored to their possession of the manor of Tregony. The petitioners had held the manor for 14 years until during the King's present voyage Thomas entered the manor with 200 armed men, imprisoned Margaret for two days and ousted the petitioners. They also request that a writ be directed to the sheriff of Devon to proclaim Thomas's appearance on that day, on pain of £100.
