Walpoll, whose servant Gessyngthorp raped his wife Rose and stole goods from him and his household, requests that whereas he pursued Gessyngthorp to the franchise of Savoy outside Temple Bar where Shelton arrested him, and whereas he gave Shelton two yards of cloth in exchange for Shelton's promise to bring Gessyngthorp to Temple Bar in the franchise of London, but when Walpoll went to Shelton to have delivery of Gessyngthorp in the franchise, Shelton had fraudulently released him, that a serjeant be sent to examine Shelton about Gessyngthorp's release and Shelton's trespass against Walpoll.
