Wenslaon of the county of Harlech in the King's mother's lordship requests remedy because for six years she has sued to have livery of certain lands and tenements of her inheritance which are held from her wrongly in the lordship, and the King has sent letters to deliver the lands to her, but her adversaries do nothing.

Note
The petition dates to 1380-81 since it is addressed to the archbishop of Canterbury as chancellor and must date to after 1376 when the King's mother was granted Harlech and to before 1385 when she died. It is possible that the chancellor in question is William Courtenay who held office for a few months in 1381.
