Alice, widow of Henry Ewenny, who by the King's letters patent had wardship of the body and lands of Robert, son of Simon Barry, a lunatic, for a long time until she was ousted when Robert, son of Robert, lost the lands by an inquisition taken because on Saturday, 2 May last [1366] he beat his father, wounding him on the shoulder and arms with a sword and on the head with a stone, nearly killing him, requests recovery of the lands or that writs be directed to the coroner, sheriff or escheator of Buckinghamshire to enquire into this matter.
