Cheyne requests that whereas his father, at the time of his death, committed all his goods and chattels to Cachyn for the maintenance and marriage of the petitioner and his sisters and assigned £600 to the petitioner and 200 marks to each of his sisters for their marriages, the obligation for which £600 Cachyn has taken, and for which the petitioner sued an action of trespass in London, and now on Cachyn's request a writ has been directed to the mayor and sheriffs of London to bring the case before the chancellor in an attempt to exclude the petitioner and his sisters from their actions, that Cachyn be remitted to the court of London to answer as the law requires and to give sufficient surety that he will not leave the realm until he has settled with the petitioner, his sisters and anyone else who has an action against him.
