Nature of request
Fitz Hugh requests that whereas he caused to come into the King's Bench the record and process of an assize of novel disseisin passed against him at Clifford's suit before the justices assigned in Westmorland by error, and he has pleaded against these errors, but at Clifford's suit a writ of Chancery was issued to the justices of the King's Bench not to redress the errors until a perambulation is made between the counties of Yorkshire and Westmorland, which may never be done, that a writ be sent to the said justices of the King's Bench ordering them to proceed with their decision on this case, notwithstanding previous orders.
