Nature of request
Robessart requests delivery of the prisoner named Brackemont given to him by the King because of his great expenses sustained at the King's command, especially in going at his own cost to Hainault for the business concerning the princess of Hainault.
Nature of endorsement
On 22 December in the tenth year it was agreed by the lords in the bishop's palace in London to deliver Brackemont, who is the King's prisoner in the Tower [of London], provided that Robessart finds sufficient surety to answer for the prisoner if any speak against him.
