Pendele requests that whereas there was recently a dispute between Brunt and some of the duke's falconers who are lodged with the petitioner, because of which Brunt has threatened him of life and limb so that he dares not approach his house for fear of being killed, that he be granted letters asking Haukeford without delay to order Brunt by writ to come before him and find surety of the peace toward the petitioner.
