- The petition dates to 1418 as the petition is dated in its dating clause to 16 February in the 6th year of the reign, and the petition is addressed to the bishop of Durham as chancellor so making this 6 Henry V. Although the bishop served as chancellor under Henry IV, he was not bishop when he served as chancellor in 6 Henry IV.
