- Middelton requests that a remedy is ordained as the dean of Wimborne Minster has encroached upon his garb tithes in his parish concerning assarted wasteland and although he has sued to his ordinary, the suit has been stopped because the chapel of Wimborne Minster is a free chapel of the king and exempt from the jurisdiction of the ordinary
