Nature of request
Rigges requests that he can have the tithes that pertain to his church from the parish of Fordington and that Thomelyn be commanded to deliver the tithes that he has. He also requests that Richard Postell be commanded that he not intermeddle with the tithes any further and allow Rigges peaceful possession, and that he answer Rigges's suit as he has taken the tithes by force and pursued suits in court Christian against Rigges despite two separate inquisitions finding for the petitioner.
