Nature of request
[Petition in 5 parts:]1) It is requested that the seneschal, constable and others be commanded to view the wills of Florimond and Guillaume Amanieu with all the registers and other things pertaining to the wills for the debate between Bernard de Lesparre and Joan and Agnes Armagnac, and to proceed against the Armagnacs if they will not co-oprate with their delivery.2) Similar request for an order to the lord of Castillones.3) It is requested that the Armagnacs be commanded to deliver the wills and other registers to the seneschal and constable and others.4) It is requested that all manner of people of the barony of Lesparre be ordered to aid the seneschal and constable and others if the Armagnacs disobey the orders to them.5) Similar request for an order to the barons of Guyenne.
